PERFORMANCE TEAM

No experience is necessary. Girls ages 5-7 & 8-13 may join the team and participate in annual shows. In this program, gymnasts develop their skills in working with different apparatus such as rope, hoop, ball, ribbon, scarf, etc.

BEGINNERS TEAM

No experience is necessary. Girls ages 3-5 may join the team and participate in annual shows. In this program, gymnasts develop their skills in working with different apparatus such as rope, hoop, ball, ribbon, scarf, etc.

PRE-COMPETITIVE TEAM

Girls ages 6-8 with experience in gymnastics, dance, or similar may join the team. In this class, gymnasts compete in a group and develop teamwork skills, collaboration skills, and learn to support each other.

COMPETITIVE BEGINNERS TEAM

Girls ages 6-12 with experience in gymnastics, dance, or similar may join the team. 

In this class, gymnasts compete in a group and develop teamwork skills, collaboration skills, and learn to support each other.

COMPETITIVE SENIOR TEAM

Girls ages 8-18 with experience in gymnastics, dance, or similar may join the team.

In this class, gymnasts compete in a group and develop teamwork skills, collaboration skills, and learn to support each other.

INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM

Only gymnasts who are already enrolled in one of the competitive programs above may register for individual program.

Individual Program is not a private class but an individual routine that the gymnast competes with at major provincial and national competitions.

 

 

DEVELOPEMENT DISABILITY PROGRAM

Children, Youth, and Adults with different abilities and exceptionalities can try themselves in this beautiful sport. We are mainly focusing on balancing physical and mental abilities with challenges that promote confidence in our gymnasts. Step-by-step approaching and closely working with parents and caregivers we create healthy, friendly, trustful environment where gymnasts feel themselves comfortable enjoying every single class. Periodically organized competitions (not mandatory) promote the positive development of stress managements skills and emotional control which is essential in our day-to-day life.
